  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier delays, holidays, or high order volume.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Windows

  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • International Orders: 7–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We may use various shipping providers including, but not limited to:

  • Other regional carriers

Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and supplier fulfillment availability.


4. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be provided when available. Customers will receive shipping confirmation via email once the order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

The Adams Vault is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our control

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
  • Orders may not be eligible for refunds


7. International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for:

  • VAT fees
  • Any additional charges required by their country

The Adams Vault is not responsible for customs delays or import restrictions.


8. Multiple Shipments

Because some products may ship from different suppliers or warehouses, orders may arrive in separate packages at different times.


9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. Provide your order number

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain regions, addresses, or countries due to:
